The Flea Record & Gear Show - Highlands

THIS EVENT WILL COMBINE A REGULAR FLEA OUTDOOR EVENT WITH A SPECIAL FLEA INDOOR EVENT.

THE OUTDOOR EVENT WILL FEATURE ALL THE USUAL FUN STUFF: OVER 100 VENDORS, FOOD TRUCKS, CRAFT BEER AND SEASONAL COCKTAILS.

THE RECORD SHOW WILL FEATURE VENDORS SELLING RECORDS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS/GEAR, AND MUSIC-RELATED COLLECTIBLES/EPHEMERA/CLOTHING IN THE AIR-CONDITIONED GYMNASIUM AT HCC.

Load-in for The Record Show will be on Saturday morning from 9am-11am. (See below for load-in details for the "regular" outdoor Flea.) The load in is to 1ST FLOOR gymnasium, with a front entrance with a ramp. We will have plenty of carts and we will have workers to help you load your stuff in (and out).

“Early Bird” Shopping: 11am-12pm Saturday ($10 admission).

Free admission: 12pm-6pm.

FEES FOR VENDING AT THE RECORD SHOW:

(We provide the tables, as well as free access to electricity.)
$40 for one 6-foot table
$70 for two 6-foot tables
(If you want a bigger space just give a call and we will figure it out)
Since this event is inside, it is rain-or-shine.

This is a pre-pay event. If your application is accepted, we will email you an invoice. Your spot is not reserved until your invoice is paid in full.

LOAD-IN:
The load in is to a ground floor gymnasium, with a front entrance with a ramp, and a back entrance which involves about 10 steps up. We have plenty of carts for the front ramp entrance and we will have workers to help you load your stuff in (and out).

VENDOR PAYMENT POLICY:
This is a pre-pay event. We’ll notify you within one week of acceptance and email you an invoice through Square. Payment is required to reserve your space!

SET UP TIMES:
4-6pm on Friday
9-11am on Saturday

OPERATING HOURS:
Vendors are required to stay open until the scheduled end of the event (except in case of emergency, or unless other plans are made with us prior to the event).

COMMUNICATION:
We will communicate with you PRIMARILY THROUGH EMAIL. Please check your email, especially the week preceding the market. Please use email to contact us with questions. That said, if you need to discuss something over the phone, feel free to text Nathan (502-552-0061).

FIREARMS:
No firearms are allowed inside our events, except by explicit written approval.

We do not allow direct marketing sales; we also reserve the right to prohibit the exhibition or sale of any items that may be deemed offensive or threatening to our patrons, vendors, and/or staff. This may include, but is not limited to, products or images that are perceived to alienate a certain group based on race, gender, or sexual orientation.
